So there's this awesome trading card game on livejournal and this is my card post keeping track of all my trading cards: what I have, what I'm trying to get, and what I'm trying to trade.

Now I remember why I don't come back here.

For the record, yes I am a total dork.  But I was in the library and managed to dig out the first season of Stargate Atlantis.  I think I am going to be a total addict.  I watched all of the first four episodes back to back.  I should really be studying my marketing but disk two looks so appealing!  What should I do?!

Katze (my computer) has died and been reborn.  And for those few people who know where my computer got its name from, you're awesome!  Today was spent on the phone with apple tech support, for not one, not two, but three hours.  It was epic.  I've done every reset on this thing imaginable.  In the end I had to erase my hard drive and reinstall everything.  A ton of my information still needs to be reinstalled.  Yet somehow I now have only 20 GB of stuff taking up space on my hard drive as opposed to the 70 it had before.  It's actually running alright for the moment.  We'll see though.  All in all it's been an aggravating day.  I seriously thought that I was going to have to drop the money on a new computer.  Thankfully, Katze II is not going to be a reality, at least for the time being.

So, I return with a new alias, as you can see.  My old livejournal was just that, old.  Now I need to find all my friends from my other account and add them.  I'll set to work on that.

I am twenty years old, and currently attending college.  Actually it's the summer, so I am currently working for an assemblyman as an unpaid intern.

I have just returned from the trip of a lifetime, traveling around Europe for four months.  I had the time of my life, but it will be nice to go back to my home campus and hang out with my friends in the fall. 

As far as hobbies go, my profile and username should be fairly telling.  Though, in case you don't feel like searching it, I am interested in politics and law.  I also have an interest in theatre, particularly the technical and stage management elements.  I am an avid text-based roleplayer and watch a lot of anime in my spare time.

It's been a long time since I've used livejournal for anything but the communities, this new journal though is pretty nice, so who knows, I might actually use it.
